  • Grape Varieties : Cinsualt (50%), Syrah (50%).
  • Age of the Vines: 15 to 20 years.
  • Density/ha : 3,500 vines/ha.
  • Soil : Sandy limestone.
  • Irrigation : Dry farmed.
  • Harvest : Fully manual harvest in small crates with rigorous sorting carried out directly in the vineyard.
  • Vinification : Fermentation in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts for approximately 10 days. the Syrah undergoes a short maceration with a light bleeding (saignee), while the cinsault is directly pressed. No malolactic fermentation is carried out in order to preserve the wine's freshness and vibrancy.

  • Tasting Note: A pale grey-pink hue with a bright and elegant appearance, expressing a fresh and summery style. The nose opens with aromas of papaya, melon, and white peach, complemented by delicate notes of red berries. The palate is refined, fresh, and well-balanced, supported by lively acidity. The
finish is long and expressive, revealing nuances of loquat, fresh strawberry, and orange blossom.
  • Food pairing: ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with summer salads, seafood, grilled fish, mediterranean cuisine, or sushi. Served chilled between 8-10°c.
