Irrigation : Dry farmed.
Harvest : 100% manual in boxes, with intensive
selection in the vineyards.
Vinification : Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel
tanks for 10 days. Malo-lactic fermentation beginsspontaneously. The wine is blended then aged inconcrete vats.
Alcoholic Strength : 14.5% vol.
Tasting Note : A wine with minimal intervention, a true expressionof the Bekaa Valley, the juxtaposition of ripe darkfruit against a vibrant juicy core reflects the hot,dry days and cool nights of the valley.

Region: Vineyards are located in the Western Bekaa.

Obeidi (10%), Muscat d’Alexandrie
Age of the Vines: 15 to 20 years.
Density/ha : 3,500 vines/ha.
Soil: Gravelous and limestone soils.
Irrigation : Dry farmed.
Harvest : 100% manual in boxes, with intensive
selection in the vineyards.
Vinification : Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel
tanks for 10 days. No Malolactic. After blending the
wine undergoes a gentle clarification.
Alcoholic Strength : 13% vol.
Tasting Note : This wine seduces with exotic fruit and floral aromas
on the nose which follow through on the palate, with
a juicy and mouth-watering finish. Enjoy with a variety
of Mediterranean nibbles from Lebanese Mezze to
Spanish tapas.

Vinification : Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. The Syrah undergoes a shortmaceration and bleeding, aka saignée, while theCinsault and Tempranillo are direct pressed.No Malolactic. After blending the wine undergoesa gentle clarification.
Alcoholic Strength : 13% vol.
