- Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats for 10 days. Malo-lactic fermentation begins spontaneously. The wine is blended then aged in concrete vats.
- Alcoholic strength: 14.5% vol.
- Tasting notes: A wine with minimal intervention, a true expression of the Bekaa Valley. The juxtaposition of ripe dark fruit against a vibrant juicy core reflects the hot, dry days and cool nights of the valley.
Domaine des Tourelles White

- Grape varieties: Viognier (65%), Chardonnay (20%), Obeidi (10%), Muscat d’Alexandrie.
- Age of the vines: 15–20 years.
- Density/ha: 3,500 vines/ha.
- Soil: Gravelous and limestone soils.
- Irrigation: Dry farmed.
- Harvest: 100% manual in boxes with intensive selection in the vineyards.
- Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. No malolactic
fermentation. After blending, the wine undergoes a gentle clarification. - Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
- Tasting notes: This wine seduces with exotic fruit and floral aromas on the nose, which follow through on the palate, with a juicy and mouth-watering finish. Enjoy with a variety of Mediterranean nibbles, from Lebanese mezze to Spanish tapas.
Domaine des Tourelles Rosé

- Age of the vines: 15–20 years.
- Density/ha: 3,500 vines/ha.
- Soil: Sandy limestone.
- Irrigation: Dry farmed.
- Harvest: 100% manual in boxes with intensive selection in the vineyards.
- Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. The Syrah undergoes a short maceration and bleeding (saignée), while the Cinsault and Tempranillo are direct pressed. No malolactic fermentation. After blending, the wine undergoes a gentle clarification.
- Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
- Tasting notes: Aromas of red fruits, especially cherries, entice you on the nose, while the palate, marked by a lovely freshness, inspires long hours of summer sipping.
