Distinguished ambassador of Lebanese wineries, Domaine des Tourelles has been collecting awards since the end of the 19th century.
The year 2007 brings even greater acclaim to the estate with 6 titles won in two of the most prestigious international wine competitions. The jury of the Sélections Mondiales des Vins (Canada), North America's point of reference when it comes to wine, awarded four prizes to the four wines entered by Domaine des Tourelles : Marquis des Beys - 2003 (silver medal), Marquis des Beys - 2004 (silver medal), Domaine des Tourelles Red - 2004 (best quality seal) and Domaine des Tourelles Red - 2005 (best quality seal). It is worth noting that 28 countries were represented at this competition with 1708 wines competing for the attention of the grand jury, which was composed of connoisseurs and oenologists of great repute. The same kind of recognition was manifested during the Vinalies Internationales , organised annually in France and the Marquis des Beys , vintages 2003 and 2004 were granted two silver medals. |
